La revista Human Relations acaba de publicar un número monográfico titulado 'The life of a happy worker: Examining short-term fluctuations in employee happiness and well-being' contando como editores invitados con Despoina Xanthopoulou, Arnold B. Bakker y Remus Illies.
Este número especial recoge siete trabajos originales, así como uno de presentación al monográfico, todos ellos centrados en comprender cómo el bienestar en el trabajo fluctúa y muestra una importante variabilidad intra-sujeto.

The journal Human Relations just published a special issue entitled 'The life of a happy worker: Examining Fluctuations in short-term employee happiness and well-being' counting as guest editors with Despoina Xanthopoulou, Arnold B. Bakker and Remus Illies.
This special issue contains seven original works, as well as one presenting the special issue, all focused on understanding how welbeing at work fluctuates and shows significant intra-subject variability.
